One on One 

One-on-one private training allows our staff to direct all their attention towards breaking down the strengths and weaknesses of a player. Our trainers deliver an abundance of creative drills designed to improve a player’s skill set. After each session trainers will give an assessment on the player’s skill level. One-on-one sessions are a great way to ensure your workout is customized, efficient and effective.

 

Group

Group training sessions consist of a total game tune-up focusing on ball handling, game moves, shooting, conditioning, footwork, and more. The group session atmosphere allows each player to develop and compete in a high level environment. These sessions help improve your agility, athleticism, and endurance. Group training sessions are held weekdays at The Elite Skills Academy of New England.  We have four courts and a max of 15 kids in our spacious facility with four courts allowing us to make it 3 to 4 kids max per court. 

Baby Ballers (Ages 2 – 5 Years of Age) 

It’s never too early to get them started.  Baby Ballers is a parent participation family-friendly basketball program designed for toddlers ages 2 – 3 years old. This class introduces children to beginner basketball fundamentals such as dribbling, passing and shooting. We focus on confidence building, skill development, participation, teamwork, hand/eye coordination and most importantly FUN! Our Baby Ballers class is the perfect way for children to burn energy while promoting a healthy physically active lifestyle. We use a variety of fun games to develop balance, movement, and basketball skills as well as listening to instructions. All activities include appropriate movement options for children and parents. Our class is 45 minutes of structured lessons, 10 minutes is designated for parent/child free play bonding time, and the last 5 minutes coaches will read the children a book for story time!

Shooting Classes

Need help with your form? Want to become a better shooter this season? We now offer “Perfect Jump Shot” Our class will provide players with detailed instruction, demonstration, and the proper mechanics to make them a lights out shooter. Now you can have an inside look at some of the shooting drills we use with our collegiate and NBA/WNBA athletes! Girl’s Rock!  Basketball 

Girl’s basketball is one of the most competitive sports today. Playing college basketball is a realistic goal for many, but what does it take to get there? We, at  The Elite Skills Club of New England provide female players who aspire to play at the next level the tools they need to succeed. We are dedicated to providing girls of all ages the opportunity to learn, excel and perfect their game of basketball. We also focus on improving player’s skills while emphasizing ball handling, offense, defense, shooting and game fundamentals. 

Team Workouts

Team training sessions are a great way to prepare your team for the season. Whether high school, middle school, elementary, or AAU, these sessions will give your team a glimpse of what it takes to advance to the next level. Each player will strengthen their fundamentals while developing advanced skills. This combination will contribute to a high performing team. Best of all, they will build deeper and better camaderie which will translate to the court.

Shooting Machine

Our shooting machine workouts help players to develop confidence in shooting the basketball. Each shooting session allows players the opportunity to get up a maximum amount of shots in little time. From the professional NBA basketball player to the AAU level, no training system will do more to increase the vertical jump and first step quickness while maximizing a basketball player’s abilities to dominate the court. Our VertiMax will take your jumping ability, offensive and defensive mobility to the highest levels! VertiMax is currently being used by the NFL, NBA, Division I colleges and hundreds of high schools across the country.

This training class will push players to the limits physical and mentally! Our class is specifically made for those players who are competitive and need a higher level of training. The risk for injury is greatly increased if strength training is neglected, coupled with inadequately managed fatigue and stressors. This is why it is just as equally important for players to be incredibly well conditioned. Mixtape working out at The Elite Skills Club of New England

Are you interested in getting recruited to play basketball or just more exposure? If so the individual player mixtape package is just for you! Using video from a one-on-one session with Coach Corey Wright, we will build you a mixtape for your social media (IG, FB, SNAP, etc.) This package includes a one hour training session, a player’s bio and stats, and an mixtap. We will pull your best performances into a 1 minute mixtape.  In some cases, we may decide to post the reel on our website which coaches follow. Mixtapes will be sent in digital format.
