Gym Rental
Rent our 5,000 sqft facility with 4 courts for your travel, AAU, high school or college team. We\'re also a great place to host your next birthday party. For team workouts, you must be insured. Dates must be approved.
Sports Performance & Science
Sports performance science at The Elite Skills Club of New England provides your child access to performance specialist & physical therapist, Joe DeOrsey with 22 years of experience in sports performance, sports medicine and orthopedics. This service and assessment from Joe, one of the few EXOS performance certified specialist, identifies gaps in their individual body make up as part of both reducing risk of injury and also enhancing overall performance. This is asymmetry and concentration on weak links. This is a more scientific approach beyond a strength and conditioning. We take it to the next level and this is how your athlete gets an edge.
Player Development Academy
The Player Development Academy includes focused, 360 degree development and training at our facility with games to produce the complete student athlete. We are NOT AAU nor want to be. We do not compete with any AAU organizations and can be played along with your AAU team. Our focus is to bring a complete development!

Strength & Conditioning (Private – Individual)
Strength & Conditioning, speed, agility and VertiMax workout. This workout will make you a stronger, quicker, faster, and better conditioned athlete.
VertiMax
Our VertiMax V8 EX platform is an effective vertical jump training system because of its ability to maximize both explosive leg power and arm swing velocity to maximize the vertical lift component leading to superior vertical jump performance gains.
Shooting Machine
The shooting machine dramatically improve players shots. This basketball shooting machine will act as an automatic rebounder, instantly rebounding a made or missed shot and giving a direct return pass for another shot. Fires up to 1800 shots per hour. Real Time Analytics – tracks 2 and 3 point shots, Free Throws and reports statistics in real time on the touch screen.
Boot Camp (Group training up to 20)
Come Train with ESCNE trainers. Our Bootcamps include: Ball handling, Shooting, Strength, Conditioning and Agility in groups up to 20. All ages boys and girls. You will be placed in groups depending on skill level. Bring your own ball.
Small Group Training (Up to 6)
Our small group trainings consist of: ball handling, shooting, defensive skills, strength, conditioning with all Elite Skills Club Trainers.

Professional and focused, hands-on stretching for recovery and mobility from Joe DeOrsey, an expert physical therapist with 22 years experience. Joe\'s experience along with the Hypervolt Massage Gun, a commercial grade, top of the line massage gun will do wonders for your athlete. The recovery & mobility session at Elite Skills Club of New England with Joe DeOrsey will allow them and their bodies to bounce back.
Performance Assessment
Sports performance & science at the Elite Skills Club of New England provides your athlete access to performance specialist & physical therapist, Joe DeOrsey with 22 years of experience in sports performance, sports medicine and orthopedics. With the performance assessment, Joe provides the complete Anthropromedics metrics including: Height, Weight, Wingspan and Bodyfat % and also flexibility, range of motion, strength measurements using a state of the art dynamometer and combine ready stats with vertical and agility measurements. Get ahead of injury and risk to injury for your athlete. Identify the weak links and unlock untapped potential.

The Player Development Academy Tier 2 is Rhode Island\'s first 360 degree focused on the student -athlete. We are NOT AAU! Your son or daughter can play on any AAU program they wish to and be in our player development academy. Player development Tier 2 comes with 2 practices per week, 2 boot camps per week, 5 local, SPRING tournaments in Rhode Island with uniform included all in one package!
